Recently, I had the chance to sit down with Cullen Richardson, co-owner of Rich House Media. I learned some interesting things that I'm very eager to put into practice, and I wanted to share them with you.

1. If you have a contact list, you might be sitting on gold. 2. While you used to be able to throw up posts on Facebook and Instagram and see sales, that doesn't cut it anymore. Now you have to pay to play. 3. What type of business can benefit from Facebook Ads? Every single one. 4. Email is still the ROI king, even in 2018. Most businesses are WOEFULLY under-utilizing this tactic. 5. If you think you've tried everything to promote your business, get a second opinion. There could be massive holes in your marketing.
